Playing needs no personal info
You can play everything without telling us who you are. A cookie remembers your streaks, boards and leaderboard spot on that device — it identifies a browser, not a person. If you choose to create an account to carry your streak across devices, we keep the sign-in details you provide until you delete the account.
We use Resend to deliver confirmation and password-recovery emails. Once Resend accepts a message, our delivery queue drops the address and message copy; its address-free delivery receipt rolls off after 30 days. Deleting an account also clears any message still waiting in that queue.
Your game data
Drafts and results are saved so leaderboards, streaks and challenges work. When you share a board or a result, anyone with the link can see that board — that’s the point of sharing it.
Chat
Every room — lobbies, online rooms, match chat and messages between friends — keeps only its last couple of hundred messages, and older ones roll off on their own. We can read what a room is holding when we’re checking a report or keeping the game safe, so treat chat here as moderated, not private. Reported messages are kept longer so we can act on them.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to see overall traffic — pages visited, device type, rough region. It sets its own cookies and handles that data under Google’s policy. We only ever look at it in aggregate.
